The composition of the Board of Directors is set out in our governing legislation, The Saskatchewan Gaming Corporation Act. The Board consists of not more than seven members, who are appointed by the provincial Cabinet, usually from recommendations submitted by the CIC Board. Three members of the Sask Gaming Board are nominated by the Federation of Saskatchewan Indian Nations, and all Directors serve for no more than three years. Cabinet may fill any vacancy that occurs on the Board.
