Players Club Terms of Agreement

Membership Rules:

Players Club card is free. Members must be 19 years of age or older.

Valid photo identification verifying applicant’s signature, address, and date of birth required at time of completing and picking up card at Player’s Club desk. Both a Players Club card and a valid identification may be required to receive any prizes or rewards.

It is the member’s responsibility to present their Players Club card to a table games dealer before playing tables and/or to properly insert the card into the slot card reader to verify its acceptance throughout the duration of play.

Players Club cards that have been inactive for 18 months will be cancelled by Casinos Regina & Moose Jaw and any accumulated bonus points will be cancelled.

Points accumulated at any machine other than member’s own constitutes fraud. Casinos Regina & Moose Jaw Players Club memberships and any associated benefits are not transferable to any other members.

The Players Club card remains the property of Casinos Regina & Moose Jaw and must be returned by the member to the casino upon request.

Casinos Regina & Moose Jaw are not responsible for lost or stolen cards. Lost or stolen cards must be reported immediately to Guest Services. The casinos may replace lost or stolen cards at its discretion.

Casinos Regina & Moose Jaw reserve the right to adjust any Players Club card balance that has increased as a result of slot machine malfunction, computer error, or operator error.

By signing the Players Club application and using the Players Club card, the member agrees to comply with Casinos Regina & Moose Jaw’s Terms of Agreement. Casinos Regina & Moose Jaw reserve the right to modify or amend these rules, conditions or membership benefits at any time without prior notice to members.

Players Club play and information is used by Casinos Regina & Moose Jaw to identify gaming preferences, classify and reward peak performance players, mail invitations, incentives and rewards, monitor and analyze player activity, and to comply with its obligations respecting distribution of information of problem gaming intervention programs to selected individuals.

Generally speaking, Casinos Regina & Moose Jaw do not disclose any personal information to third parties without the member’s written consent. See Privacy Policy for details.
